As Managing Partner, I lead the firm’s origination strategy and investor relationships—combining high-touch advisory with a powerful national capital network. Our approach fosters real competition among institutional lenders and investors, driving better terms, faster execution, and greater negotiating leverage for our clients.
Past experience
I began my career in broadcast television in Hollywood, CA, but soon discovered my passion for real estate and entrepreneurship. In 2008, right before the market crash, I launched my first real estate firm and built one of the largest lead generation platforms for single-family investors — producing hundreds of thousands of motivated seller leads and thousands of completed transactions nationwide.
Over the years, I’ve trained more than 3,000 investors on how to creatively structure and finance deals, helping them build portfolios and navigate challenging markets. That foundation in marketing, deal flow generation, and real estate operations evolved into a focus on distressed M&A — acquiring over $30 million in assets in recent years.
Today, I’m bringing that same innovation, discipline, and execution to the capital markets — connecting capital with real opportunities. My mission is to help issuers unlock growth, attract sophisticated investors, and structure transactions that create lasting value for all stakeholders.
