One of our Senior Advisors, Sabbir, is Managing Director of Langdon Capital and has held prior roles with Morgan Stanley, Lazard and Deutsche Bank. He leverages direct relationships with key decision makers at global multi-billion £/$/€ AUM institutional investors, including CIOs, Partners, MDs, Strategy Leads and Fund Principals, to raise capital for corporates and institutions.
During his time working for tier-1 global investment banks, he executed c.£200bn in debt, equity, M&A and derivatives transactions with global corporates, private equity firms and financial sponsor groups. Transactional experience includes assisting C-Suites/Boards of public and PE-backed businesses with the commercial negotiation, financial modelling, legal documentation and due diligence for debt and equity financings, debt refinancings, debt restructures, mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestments, PE-exits, joint ventures, minority interest investments and derivatives transactions.
Corporate Finance - Sabbir raises £5m to £100m in debt and equity for businesses and buy-and-build platforms with EBITDA between £2m and £20m from private credit funds, banks, PE funds, special situations funds, family offices and venture debt funds to fund acquisitions, organic growth and turnaround situations.
Institutional Capital Introductions - Sabbir raises LP capital for GPs including private equity firms, infrastructure funds, private credit funds (direct lending/unitranche and credit opportunities strategies), and secondaries funds providing liquidity to GPs and LPs across buyout, venture capital, mezzanine and special situations strategies
